Bring on the eggs

So we have been talking about it for over a year now & finally stopped making excuses & purchased some chooks we searched for ages to find one that we all thought was really nice.

Once we had the "house" assembled it was almost a weeks wait before the shop had any chooks, but in the mean time we got their new house ready. Nice soft straw was now waiting for the girls arrival.

The girls arrived & settled in rather quickly, Roxie was somewhat curious but seemed ok around the girls. They are still too young to start laying but that should happen in around 3 weeks now.

Amelia has named them Holly, Sally & Alison
